Perfect staff and location, the hotel itself was clean. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals, toast, muffins, slices of fresh bread and butter.

We appreciated this staying. Lots of options for breakfast including cereal, toast, breads, butter and milk. Updated room with kitchen, great stuff - everything was great. The location was incredible and unbeatable, right by a slope, trains and Tim Hortons.

I loved this hotel, it was cheap! I slept so comfy in the great bed. Everything was very good as expected, yet the bathroom was extremely small. It was set in a downtown area. Nice pool area too.

Decent location, comfortable bed, lovely gardens. Our queen room included a dining area, a sitting area and ironing facilities. Breakfast was fine: you could find milk, toast, slices of fresh bread and muffins. Competent people providing excellant service. Could use their easy parking.

The staff were fairly good and the location was five star. The staff did all they can for a perfect stay. Hotel was clean. I loved that there was breakfast included. It was conveniently located. Indoor swimming pool in the venue was lovely.

It was worth its 3 stars. Wanted to explore Kamloops and this hotel was great place for doing it. I enjoyed how very clean the room was. The restaurant was located within 300 metres😀👍
